A Dance for Dionicia

Ariana Chavez is one of two choreographers I worked with during Brockus Project Dance’s 2026 MATCH residency. “A Dance for Dionicia” is a celebration of Mexican culture, memory, and connection. It celebrates life and honors those who are with us on earth, as well as those who remain in our hearts.

This piece has continued to evolve through performances at the Los Angeles Dance Festival and most recently at Daredevil Arts Festival.
